Digital Inclusion: computer graphics

Digital inclusion involves all kinds of technologies that provide a manner of communication. It is mainly through the internet, but also all digital media take place, even though some are being replaced.
     The fact that somebody is not in touch with the technology doesn't imply he's poor. The digital world goes further than just living in a big city. There are many platforms in competence, problems increase, and the updates and improvements are part of innovation. 

     Inclusion looks for people who haven't reached the opportunity to get in touch with digital media, but also to aware people who don't take advantage so then stock instead of evolving and adapt.

ICT TIMELINE EVOLUTION

The use of technology has changed through time; firstly, a language and numeral system were created. Then progress came out with development of information and its processing. Because of effective and immediate impact such in society as for companies, emerged interpersonal communication. Technology kept pushing forward until reaching the interaction between artificial intelligence and human being.
